Answer limit and fair use
Every plan includes a number of answers per month (see the pricing page). A frequently asked question: what happens if we go over that?
At first, nothing happens
The widget simply keeps working and you'll never get a higher bill out of the blue. There's no meter that automatically keeps ticking. A busy month, a campaign or a news event is simply absorbed by your plan.
Consistently using more? Then we'll talk
If your usage grows beyond your plan permanently, we'll get in touch and decide the next step together, for example a plan that fits better. That's good news rather than a problem: the tool is doing its job.
Only in the case of extreme spikes that endanger the application itself can we intervene to protect the service for all customers. Even then, we decide the next step together; you won't just be taken offline.
