You can always reach us. From Essential up, our service desk is part of your plan: run into something and you get a quick answer. On Starter, you bring us in per hour whenever you need help.

No meter running

How many documents is my website?

The rule of thumb: one web page or one PDF file counts as one document. If your site has around 400 pages and 100 PDFs, you are at roughly 500 documents and Starter fits. You don't need to know the exact number: during a demo vragen.ai reads in your content and you see the precise count.

From Essential up, our service desk is part of your plan. On Starter you can bring us in as well, but you pay per hour, for example through the prepaid card. That way you only pay for the help you actually use.
