The analytics dashboard showing the number of questions, the feedback given and clusters over a chosen period.

The strength of vragen.ai is in the insight it delivers. The inbox already let you look back at every question, including the exact wording and context. That gave you a sharp picture of what visitors care about. But as the number of questions grows, recognizing patterns takes more and more time. So there is now an automated overview: Analytics.

Under the Analytics tab you find a clustered summary of every question asked. Clear charts show what most questions are about, and how visitors experience the answers. That way you spot faster where visitors are helped well and where there is room to improve.

What do you see in Analytics?

Choose the period you want to analyze. Then you get insight into:

  • The number of questions asked, including a comparison with the previous period

  • User feedback, summarized in a clear pie chart

  • How questions and feedback develop over time, handy for spotting peaks

  • Clusters in broad strokes (spread and size), to see where most questions sit

  • Clusters and themes by subject, with the matching figures

For each cluster you see:

  • The number of questions within the cluster

  • How much feedback was given, positive and negative

  • The average evaluation score: reliability, relevance and source relevance

So you quickly discover which clusters score well and which need attention.
