The knowledge base is the foundation of a reliable AI search and answer experience. If there is uncertainty about what has been indexed or not, you can quickly see errors or inconsistencies in the answers. By making the status of sources transparent and automatically displaying error messages, you gain not only better control but also a more robust knowledge infrastructure.
In the knowledge base, you now have visibility into the indexing of content and automatic signaling in case of errors. Per document, you can see the status. This way, you immediately know whether everything has been processed correctly, is still in the queue, or has received an error message.
What's new
Each document has a status field: processed, in queue, or error in processing.
Users with the role manager can have a document reprocessed. This is useful if you have updated a page or corrected an error and want it to be immediately included in the knowledge base.
If there's an issue with reading or processing documents, a clear message appears in the dashboard.
Control over deleted pages has been tightened by smartly and efficiently determining if a page has been removed.
What it delivers
More control and transparency over the status of documents.
Better monitoring, allowing you to take action more quickly if something goes wrong.
Improved stability and automatic signaling of errors in the knowledge base.
Pages are checked to see if they are still available.
The knowledge base will always contain the same knowledge as your website and will not use deleted pages to provide answers.
