On Vragen.ai, only functional cookies are used when serving your question. This enables us to continue the conversation with the application. No tracking cookies or other equivalent technologies are used.
Access, modify, or delete data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by SWIS B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means you can request us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
You can send a request to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@vragen.ai.
To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
SWIS B.V. also wants to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
